New Client Registration

Before submitting service requests via this website, you must first contact the owner of this website to request permission to submit new search requests via the ‘Title Search Request’ form. During the initial contact process, you are required to provide certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Title Sleuth, LLC will NOT perform any work or accept any request for service from unapproved persons or entities. 

Title Search Orders

We request information from approved clients on our ‘Title Search Request’ form. To order a search from us, you must provide contact information (e.g. name and email address) and required search request information (e.g. searched party name and property address, etc.) This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Any documents uploaded to the website through our ‘Title Search Request’ form are delivered to us through a secure portal and will not be shared with any other third party except as necessary to fulfill your title search request. Please redact any personal information (such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers) prior to uploading documents. Visitors to the website are not able to view or download any information submitted or documents uploaded through the ‘Title Search Request’ form.

Any and all rates and fees are subject to change from time to time and at our sole discretion.

Security

We take your privacy and security seriously and take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. 

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such data related to a Title Search Request), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT SUBMIT A TITLE SEARCH REQUEST OR A SPECIAL PROJECT REQUEST TO TITLE SLEUTH, LLC UNTIL WE HAVE REACHED A SEPARATE MUTUAL AGREEMENT IN WRITING.
